Found a link for a free download to Eurostile URW - it's free as long as it's for personal use only: <a >"Fontspace.io</a>
Also just realised - after looking through the misc.big file that came with KWR, it seems like you just need the Eurostile font and nothing else - downloaded it from the same site as the URW font and after installing Eurostile, it worked like a charm: Fontspace.io
