Found the problem it is the EFT style weapon position mod that was causing the issues. That mod is no longer updated (I forgot to look it up when I was updating mods) so with that being said do not use that mod with this one or it will mess up the sites.

I was that guest about 13 minutes before this post reposting so I can share a picture of my issue.

Hello just wondering how to fix the cobra site having its crosshairs in the upper right corner of the scope. What I mean is the green crosshair is not in the middle of the scope when I'm using a SKS also getting very bad FPS drops with the 1P76 when I aim down sights. picture of cobra site
