I have one solution,
Listen up!
1. You can not have Command and Conquer Renegade working on the same interface (Computer, Laptop, Etc.), the shaders will interfere and the game will most likely crash.
2. If you had Scud Storm working, and then installed the 1.5 Update, follow the following instructions.
A. Uninstall the program, (this removes the program but not the updater and folder)
B. Install Scud Storm again but do not update, (it should automatically have interfaced and updated)
C. Have Fun
It should have fixed the problem and added some new maps! =)
