Possible fix for AI problem.
"corruption" folder -> "mods" -> Clone Wars -> "Data" -> "XML"
Move the "AI" folder and "GAMECONSTANTS" XML Document.
Take them out of the Clone Wars "XML" folder, and place them in:
"corruption" folder -> "Data" -> "XML"
This will replace the Forces of Corruption "AI" folder and "GAMECONSTANTS" XML Document with the folder and XML Document from the Clone Wars mod.

I seem to have fixed this issue (I am using the Steam version of EaW:FoC).
"corruption" folder -> "data" folder -> "XML" folder.
In this location, there is a folder called "AI" and an XML Document called "GAMECONSTANTS". I replaced those folders with the AI folder and GAMECONSTANTS XML Document from the Clone Wars mod.

In addition to replacing the Forces of Corruption AI folder with the Clone Wars AI folder, I also replaced the FoC "GAMECONSTANTS" XML Document with the Clone Wars XML Document.
The GAMECONSTANTS XML Document for FoC and the Clone Wars mod are located in their respective "XML" folders.
I had this problem, and seem to have fixed it.
I went to the "corruption" folder, then to the "data" folder, then to the "XML" folder. I moved the "AI" folder (to my desktop, so I could reinstall it for basic game or other mods).
Since the AI for the basic game was moved, the AI for the Clone Wars mod seems to be working.
