That is the EXE! Short for Windows Executable. If you have it set to always show file extensions, even for known file types, the file name will be PokeGen.exe. Double Clicking that does nothing.

When I try to run the game, nothing happens. I did extract the RAR, but double clicking the EXE does absolutely nothing. How can this be fixed?
