Work proceeds. Getting all pertinent server cfg constants implemented as sv_* or pk_* vars.
Mostly as an alternate to the in game admin config menu...with more configure-ability.

The server can now cycle weapons and items. You could for instance have all weapon spawns rotate through every weapon, starting with the initial one, thus constantly changing the heavy hitter positions.
You could also have all the same weapons at once - all nail guns, all rockets, etc.

This has lead to a side effect - in my testing stuff with the bots I've come up with a config I've labeled painkeep "xtreme". Many fire & forget weapons (beartrap, tomb, auto-sentry, gravity well) last much longer. The sentry cannons are infinite ammo & invulnerable to ordinary weapons. Beartraps lie in wait till blown up or tripped. The grav well pulls for a massively long 11 secs! Tomb's mark the grave a while longer.

Been having lots of fun with xtreme dm mode. Once a level is mined with infinite sentries though, its hard to get around. There are easy ways to destroy them, and steal ownership!!

Soon as I get a few things pinned down (found out a frikbot that fell out of a level was creating endless waypoints on the way down to nowhere, ways were around 9000 when I found it and the server was at a crawl...) I'll release this in the update.
