Yes, quite obviously the mod has stalled. So to show my apretiation for the numorous followers of this mod I am going to try to get a decent playable version out by the end of this year.

At this time the majority of our team (includeing myself) being university students, are in the process of studying for and writing exams. So I cant really even think about it at the moment. In a couple of weeks things should pick up.

Does it take much preperation to download?

Dont worry a release date will be set when I know we can meet it. Otherwise I get the feeling I would upset a lot of people If I set a date, and didn't deliver.

I was hopeing someone would do this after seeing episodes like "Vally of Darkness" and "Razor" where cylons board the ships.

Because we have lives, just because I dont post dosnt mean I dont constantly check my mod sites. Trust me I do.

Conversion, since when its done it will not be Starwars anymore. Addons just add new features to existing gameplay, conversions change the gameplay.

I swore I would ever use this phrase but, "It'll be done when its done." I'm buisy woth work tomorrow but I have wendsday to dedicate to some hard core MODage, hows that sound?

Yep hopefully I can get some new content up in the nex few days, just found my copy of EAW (had to reinstall it after wiping my comp) :) . As I am sure your all aware how hard it is to sit infront of a computer durring summer.

There wont be any infantry units simply because they would be useless against mobile suits.

I am told that our release should be considered more of an alpha, :) hmmm I'm still pritty green at this whole modding thing.

Its that time of year, and we here at Gundam Legacy just wanted to wish you who have been following the mod all the best for what ever you celebrate this time of year.

Along with that I give you a little bit of hope. I just wanted you all to know I am wipping my team back into line and we as a team are getting ready for a public space skermish beta test. This should hit the site some time around new years, consider it as a thank you from all us here on the team for the patience you shown to us.

Sorry for the slow progress the last few months, the team has been tied up with life. Expect lots in the month of December, we need to make up for some lost time. :)

Yea but the cool thing is if I get off my *ss and do some modeling for project mars (like I said I would), maybe we can get our hands on some of that nice C&C style base building code that they have.

We seem to be haveing that effect on people :) but what other stratigy game could you have both space and ground combat with Gundam?

For questions like that please cheak our FAQ section in the website, if it's not there than our FAQ section on our forums is more up to date. If you still can't find the answer there ask it in the FAQ section, I update it often.

Maybe, we'll deal with that when we get a little closer.

Well first comes the in team beta (should be soon), there we will iron out any issues we have and make improvements to the game play. There after we can look at releaseing something to the public, like a space skirmish demo type thing. Doing the ground battles is a little more involved wich is why that will take longer, but we'll have to see I already have a Bucue that scampers around the battlefield :).
