Download the version that's appropriate for your computer. If your not sure about your windows being 64 or 32 bit, got to start menu, right click on computer and select properties. The specifications on your PC should be displayed.
Install the correct version and you can open the archived file. If it asks you which program to open the file with, select browse and choose 7Zip.
