as am i, *sorry its late* as it is quite apparent that the only reason they gave us it is because we had enough technology to carry on as their legacy and also because of their inability to solve their cloning problem. another good reason is that most of the asgard that we came to know and love still found it somewhat unsatisfactory that we get anything from them.
