You need to have your tool boxes in your inventory if you want to use vice. if you give them to mechanics then this mechanic can upgrade your equipment but this will not affect the vice in any way.

since there more squads moving and balancing faction this make less squads per level which improve fps because there less squads per level but i'm not sure to call this optimization.
rare mutants are mutants like himera or controller which have rate of spawn really low in vanilla warfare. You can find more info on discord.

You have more info in my discord server and you don't need to change the preset just go in game and change all you want from warfare options.

The only changes to azazel mod added are the same anomaly dev team added (warfare hot fix).

All story characters are removed in warfare. traders , mechanics and scientists if they die they will respawn in some time , you can make them respawn faster if you sleep. this is something vanilla warfare have too and never was changed or modificated.

This bug is not related to this addon the best you can do is go to anomaly discord and try seek help in soport chanel they go to solve your problem better and faster

You need to update anomaly to last version

the output will be diferent every game you play.

this is not related to this addon i recomend you to inform anomaly dev team about this.

Solved :
Too many squads in the world no more ids for new squads.

Read the last update and remove that two files from your script folder

yes , but some features maybe don't work at 100 %. so new game is recomended. if its because of loot you can get items with debug menu.

if the mod work properly at one point its start to autobalance itself just give it time.

already explained in previous comments

there 3 folders, each folder has its funcction explained in description for full experience merge all folders.

should not , since this affect only squads spawned in warfare mode, but i'm not sure if story mode use same squads in which case "1.Power number balance" can affect it since its change ranks of this squads.

the other two, from my undestanding, are only warfare scripts so there no way they can affect something not warfare related or at least they should not.
