In the Modules file, extract the 'The Parabellum v1.2' folder there. The Native folder is the base game and should be left alone.

Unpack it in your Modules folder in the Steam directory, like so.
(your path)\Steam\steamapps\common\MountBlade Warband\Modules\The Parabellum v1.2
