pres the charging buton than press D 4 power up or A power down

hello damaera i just downlodad zeq 2 lite and worked fine,after 10 min then dosen't show the models,i can play but i don't see goku piccolo or raditz just black boxes sow can i fix this what's the problem srry for my english and thnx
