If J-11 is only going to be dropping Napalm missiles on ground units then it's just a waste for a air-superiority plane like that. You should make the J-11 carry missiles like the F-15E and then make another unit that takes up the assault fighter role aka JH-7 Flying Leopard.
P.S To StrykerCraft, The J-11 is actually based off the Su-27SK not the Su-30MKK. The PLAAF did not re-designate that plane it just stay the way it is.
