Yeah. Download it. Run the setup (if on vista right click and press run as adminastrator) when it has installed restart your pc. Then go onto the patch rar file and open "gta3.img" with imgtool and replace all the files in the "gta3.img" with the ones in the rar file. Then add the files in the "Leon" folder to the img. Hope it helped. If you dont understand read the readme along with this. This is basiclly just a detailed version of the readme.

This is better than normal san andreas! Thecisco_Kid make sure you have version one and uninstall sami. Then reinstall sami after you have fully modded the game.
