I need some help
I uninstalled CoD4 and i want to reinstall it but when i got to install it tells me it is already installed when ALL the files were deleted.

Btw i used the uninstaller and didnt do it manually.

its has v-sync on which monitors usually refresh at 60Hz so its limited to 60 fps so you have a very bad gpu because even my crappy gpu can run hl at 796 fps with v-sync off.
