I have an idea. What about inputing ambitions of every one mercenary from your band? For example, one mercenary has an ambition of gathering a lot of gold for his own purposes, while other mercenary's ambition is to kill some high rank enemy. Fullfiling those kind of ambitions would give you, or yours soldiers some kind of bonus, or advance in lvl.
That's just a loose idea

What i'm hearing? No more Pvp ever, or maybe just that one time now?
I didn't bought your game, cause i don't have a good pc to run your game. But every player history setted in your game i've heard or read, had some pvp element in it. So i fell a little bit disgusted when i hear about caseing of pvp in game... :(

It does not hurt to ask Bioware or Ea if you can use original voices/music in that mod. I remember Cdprojekt allowed to use their models in some Skyrim mods.

Smaller map - it is something I like. It was really annoying when it took weeks just to pass the Narrow Sea, not to mention going from Wall to Dorne ;)
