How do I add the new maps? I tried following the instructions above but I think I did it wrong since it says the files are not from ETW when I start up the launcher.

If you make a newer version, you should make West Virginia part of Virginia, and if the civil war happens an event can make it secede from Virginia(what it did irl), but you don't have to. Would be a nice touch though as the civil war is the only reason they are two separate states.
