Im having a similar issue and confused as well, upgrading my tech level does not give my units abilities such as the starviper buzz droid upgrade. And planets that I corrupt with black market do not give me an option to buy those upgrades ether by a hero, or even a defiler.

Thanks. I'm really into the lore of the Halo franchise even more than the games lol. I'm really looking forward to seeing this from you guys. It must be hard work but from me and quite a few Halo fans, keep it up. Be the the programmers we need you to be.

This is a dumb question more than likely but are you going to rename the planets/ and or move them in the galactic map ?
