This mod is not dead. The creator of GaW has been busy with many things, including GaW and his own life. He has worked to correct issues with crashing as well as other problems. He is also working on 2.1 every chance he can get. As I said, the mod creator has been busy.
He will try to post any updates soon, but at the moment, there is nothing to report.
He will continue to work any chance he gets.
Just, give him some time guys.
