I am familiar with OpenBRF, and have made a reskin of my own for the nation of France in game (not released to public). If you need any help on this project comment your steam name (there are thousands that have the same steam name as me). We could talk more if you like.

Same thing happened to me I had to download it in another mirror to have not not be corrupted.

I'm having the: The program cant start because mss32.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix the problem. I've tried reinstalling multiple times, if someone could just give me a link where I can manually install the mod without The setup.exe that would be helpful :)
