What operating system are you using? If you are using Windows and installed it to the default directory then go to My Computer, then to the "C" Drive (Or whatever drive you installed it to) and look for the folder titled "Deus Ex" or "DeusEx", then once that is opened go to the System folder, put the appropriate ENB files there.

If you did that then by default you hit the "Shift" and "F12" buttons on your keyboard (AT THE SAME TIME) to use the ENB effects. If you encounter any further trouble then contact me via Private Message, I have too much time and will gladly help. I need to re-upload the file anyway because the newest ENB is out.
