Should have mentioned I did not install the patch this time...
Which means the bug with Seiry is still there, but at least I can play the game, though can't progress the story.

I also have this problem, settings will not save and regardless of language selected it defaults to russian.
I guess it has something to do with this patch.
Edit: removed patch and reinstalled and the configurator works fine now.

For some reason if i try to enter the options menu when i'm ingame i recieve a BSOD and am forced to restart my PC, i can edit the options fine before i start playing though.
This is a really strange error since it hasn't happened to me before i installed super mod pack, and i have no problems whatsoever when actually playing the game with super mod pack installed.
