Glad to hear you are doing single player as well. I certainly wouldn't play if i HAD to play with other people. I also love the idea of having private worlds.

Really looking forward to this game. You should all get Kickstarted so you can quit your jobs and just work on this! =)

What is a fix? I have 4 wheat fields, several mills, and several baker tables/ovens. If there are no tasks at all for them to do, they refuse to make bread. And yes i have it set to make a ton of it. I have raw and prepared stockpiles, and the barrels in those, they make food for a little bit, but then stop, and then starve.

Ok, i've tried this, and my people are still starving to death. The only thing that keeps them going is apples and pears, but then the frogmen get them because the frogmen kill animals, and my people charge into the swamps to grab those, and get killed. Looks like a bug to me.

I've even tried building a wall to keep them away from the swamps, but that just leaves them behind the wall, starving.

Love the game, very addictive, something i have been hoping would happen with DF. THough, why when my townsfolk have no jobs at all, and aren't stuck in the 'i'm too hungry to make my own food' mode, do they not make food? I had 4 wheat fields, 6 mills, and three sets of oven/baking table. SOmeone would make one, and one of the starving people run in eat it, then everyone stands around again. I have it set to hav a min of 20 loaves of bread.
