might be an issue on the processor side, not any defrag, spyware, etc thing. This lag happened to me (I'm using an i3 core) and gladly i found a workaround to solve this. let's just wait for some updates regarding to the said situation.

still got the problem? you should first go to tutorial then quit on it, that's my workaround on my i3 powered machine. it should not lag however you should do this every time you want to play
