Avast detects a win32:Sality-BNM virus when downloading Robot Storm 1.99

Please help,
I cant use allied spy to steal money, cant infiltrate battle labs, war factories, infantries and power supplies...
The only two things i can do with allied spy is to disguised and infiltrate bunkers or building with enemies on it.

I already have the ff. requirements:
red alert 2 v.1.006, yuri's revenge v.1.001
Mental Omega APYR 2.0psi + Patch 2
which came from Moddb.com
NPSE #0022

but when im playing, it only says "MO 2.0psi | NPSE"
not the one in the tutorial "2.0psi 2 | NPSE"

please help, i cant use allied spy to steal money...

selecting EDA's side crushes the game...
