Loving the scale mail. I also like how the archers have the same armor as the swordsmen, it adds a sense of uniformity to the factions.
I love how much these troops diverge from one another. It would have been easy to just make all non-Roman cultures the same, but you've put a lot of effort into this. That being said, I doubt I'll even notice the distinction when playing the mod. All men die the same way when they stand against Rome.
I'm certain that I won't be disappointed. You've given us incredible work thus far. While I hate to pry, have the Romans stats been altered? I recall the Romans being somewhat disadvantaged against their barbarian counterparts. I assume that the addition of working formations will act as a balance, but has anything else been done?
It just so happens that I am impatient, but it is your fault. You tempt me with the ambrosia-like beauty of your mod, and yet expect me not to crave it with all my heart? Such a request is simply unfair good sir!
Do you happen to be employed at Taleworlds? I'm noticing something of a pattern here...
Yeah Parthians are cool but have you tried a predicted release date?
Can we get a rough estimate as to when 1.4 might be released? As in, will we probably see it in less than a week, 1-2 weeks, 3-4 weeks, or longer?
You should consider placing this mod on the steam workshop. It's extremely impressive, and a greater medium of people would be able to access it. Regardless this mod is wonderful.
This mod is amazing. The music is wonderfully chosen, the units are balanced and dynamic, and the scenery is so immersive. There... just seems to be... something missing. If only we *cough* DIPLOMACY *cough* knew what that was.
To anyone having the same issue I had, I figured out how to fix it. Simply open the mount and blade launcher, go to configure, and check the box next to "load textures on demand".
Some questions unrelated to my previous plight:
1) Do you plan to release this on Steam workshop?
2) Could you offer a download in a .zip file format? I think that the .rar is somehow the source of my issues.
This mod is broken for me. I tried redownloading it, extracting it via both 7-zip and WinRAR, and using WSE (both steam and non-steam versions). The mod allowed me to get to the scene where you help the Merchant of Ise, then broke at the start of the first battle (the one where you chase down the bandit group that the merchant sends you after). I tried another playthrough in which I avoided the merchant, but the first battle I entered, the game crashed. This has never happened with a mod before, and I am extremely disappointed that such a good looking mod is failing to work. I desperately need help with this issue.
This Mod is unplayable for me. I run it via WSE v4.6.0 and it crashes every time I go for a battle. Any advice?
