Description

German naval infantry (Seebataillon) from 1880 to 1918 with his dark blue uniform. These troops were often used as temporary intervention forces, particularly in the colonies, as it was sent to the German Kamerun in 1884.
During the Boxer Rebellion in China 1900-1901, the first and second Seebataillon were sent as international relief force.
During tribal revolts that occurred between 1904-1908 in the German colonies in Africa, there were squads Seebataillon to help. These troops also struggled against the Japanese in the Siege of Tsingtao in China in 1914 during the First World War.

PS: The pickelhaube hats are temporary, these units will soon own hats, used in the period.
