Oh this is so awesome! I have been thinking about how much I would enjoy a co-operative Fallout 3 experience. Fallout 4 did a terrible job putting a story-focused RPG into it's traditionally open world. It just doesn't fit because the "choices" we have there just don't affect the world at all. An open source engine? Heck yeah!
