If you do fancy working with UE3, drop me a line - you certainly have the chops for it if you're implementing vehicles and complex GUI work in HL2. We are a well organised and well established mod and you'd have no leading, recruitment or team organising to do yourself of course. Multiplayer sci-fi squad combat is our bag, with a little player upgrading, vehicles, hacking, squad orders system and conquest style gameplay thrown in. Drop me a line if you're interested, and I can send you over a user-freindly version of our design document.
