The NPC's health and damage will be fairly balanced. The NPC's wont be over-powered with an extremely high amount of health, but will be difficult to defeat. For example, player damage and combine damage are well balanced, so a combine is pretty much the equivalent of 1 player.

The team co-operative gameplay works in which 2 teams at different points in a map need to work together in order to complete the map. Even though at different points in the map, they still technically need to help each other by completing a certain task. The players may see each other throughout the maps at times, but will never actually be together unless on the same team.

No, it is not your laughter and happiness that offends me, it is you taking this as some competition and saying "OMG HAHA YUR MOD SUX ND SEVEN COOP WILL CRUCH IT!" that offends me. I never wrote anywhere that I was trying to make you sad or miserable, I was only reminding you and others to please not flame the mod. You can flame all you want, but keep in mind, that I do not care for what you think about my mod Kenyo, and I and the rest of the team will continue to work on it.

Also, here is the line which you wrote which happened to offend me, since you seem to have trouble finding it. I also hope you don't have any trouble reading it:
dc coop, dev coop, tim coop, they are all going to get trashed by svencoop2

1.You don't know that
2.This is not a competition, please stop treating it as if it were one.
3.Please stop flaming, it only makes you and the Sven Co-op community look bad ( I can tell you are from that community because you included that mine and other peoples mods will be trashed by it. ) The Sven Co-op community already has a bad reputation to many ( except little kiddies, which happens to make up the majority of the Sven Co-op community. )

what kinda person are you? my luaghter and happyness offends you. i find it very funny, i and not going to be sad and misrable just becuase my happyness offends you.
also, i don't think this mod will suck, in fact i am sure it will rock and be fun to play, it is just when i heard someone say that it is better then the best i just couldent help but laugh! funny stuff.

If you have any rude or bad comments or thoughts about our HL2 Mod, please keep them to yourself. I understand you may be a fan of Sven Co-operative, but please have some respect for other mods as well. Just because another mod is co-operative does not mean every sven co-op fan has to flame or insult it.

If you would like to criticize my mod or any other co-operative mods, please do so in a creative manner, and not in a rude way as you did, which has left me and others offended. Also, please do not follow the bad example the Sven Co-op community has come up with, which is to simply flame every other co-operative mod that has progressed. I guess the community is afraid of competition, but there is no purpose in flaming mine or other peoples mods, it will not do anything to halt development.

I would have expected a higher level of intelligence coming from someone 25 years of age, Kenyo. (And that includes your spelling as well.)

CTF has been added to dc cooperative, as a new gameplay mode! The monsters capture the flags perfectly. I'll put some pictures up soon.

I want more stealth based maps for dc coop. SC wont have any, because all its weapons r loud as hell besides the crossbow, and that makes a loud explosion.

yea, m40a1 is almost everywhere. DC Coop has 2 sniper rifles though, m40a1 and Galil 99SR. as for sniping, i thought of making sniper bush suit items that make player invisible to enemy unless they fire in a zone where they can get detected and unless they r caught running. Im planning on having team commands probably to tell grunts to move to locations, throw grenades at something, plant a satchel, also hgrunts will be able to climb ladders soon.

I was testing a few new stuff im working on, and noticed a few people had tried joining my server, but couldnt enter. This is because my dlls are updated.

Also, i noticed some of you had trouble with the parachute. You have to have your fists out in order to open it, and you have to press the parachute key when you are falling fast enough ( as in fast enough to fall and take damage or die ).

I'd say the buggiest thing in the mod are the vehicles. The weapons are just fine, besides the desert eagle's laser :/, and i'll get working on that soon. The number one thing i think DC Coop is lacking are maps.

DC Coop is ready for release, and will be released at 6 P.M. Eastern time today. I hope you all enjoy it and have a great cooperative gameplay experience in DC Coop! If you like what DC Coop has to offer, and you want to create maps for it, the fgd is located in the mod folder.

FYI:

-Acid suit needs battery power to work
-In order to open parachute, you need to be falling fast enough in order to open

-At the moment, to play an mp3, add an mp3 into your sound/mp3 folder, with a simple name to remember.

-While in-game, in the console type playmp3 songname.mp3 . To stop the song, just type in stopmp3

-If a teammate "dies", with secondary medikit, you can revive him/her, within the time they are still alive, this uses up 50 ammo.
This also works for friendly monsters, but you must revive them before they start fading away.

-There are much more monsters in DC Coop
than you will see while playing the maps.
If you want to see the rest of monsters, you will have to make a map with them in it.

For example, a monster you may not see in any of the maps is Gonome, Xen flyer, Panthereyes, chumtoads, HEV zombie, etc,.

-The DC Coop team needs more mappers, if you wish to map for DC Coop, please contact me on AIM at GeneralDodo55

which heli mod? varooom? I asked the coder of that mod if I could use his code and would give him credit for it, and he said no, so I had to do it myself. It still has some bugs though.

Well, DC Coop will have a singleplayer campaign, but since mappers are currently busy on maps of their own, no one has really gotten around to doing it. Im also currently working on bots as well, which you can use and they will follow u around ( so they dont need waypoints and get stuck. ) They shoot at monsters, but they miss alot :-/.

Yea, i could, but then any other vehicles ( cars, trucks, etc,. ) would lean as well, but i can probably make a leaning flag for mapper to check if the mapper wants vehicle to lean.

lol, it was funny how Svencoop players said "Stop stealing ideas from SC! Take Away the pipe wrench!" and I was like "wtf? it doesnt even belong to SC, it belongs to Opfor". lol
