It's absolutely playable on Win 10. (I have legal Win 10 Pro / Insider(!))
BTW, it is unplayable for me becouse my Norton Antivirus. :( (If the AntiVirus program is closed, the game runs perfectly on my system!)

I cannot unzip stalker-coc.exe becouse my Norton AntiVirus blocks it becouse of "SecurityRisk.gen1".
