Thank you for your help but i resolved the matter on my own.
Relation is tied to location, not elder. In party_records i had to find desired location, then go to plugins and find slot_center_player_relation
I tested it and it worked

Guys, as far as i know map is unchangeable. So start complaining to SEGA, not modders

Perhaps you missed the time when Bolesław Chrobry captured Prague.
Still, i think it's because map is unchangeable.
