HELP NEEDED

I launch the mod for the first time and once I'm in the main menu I select skirmish. When I try to select the nations however for each player it says this...

NOTICE

You cannot use the United States Army army

OR

You cannot use the People's Liberation Army army

And instead of representing a flag for each nation it shows a black flag and a big red X running through it. And I assume your thinking "How does this ruin the game experience?" Well when I launch into a match instead of using the Modern Combat unit and building models it still persists on using the Company Of Heroes default unit and building models.

I have absolutely no clue on how to fix this problem or why it's happening, and I have looked everywhere online without seeing a single other person having the same problem.

If you could tell me how to fix this, I could very much appreciate it. Thank you for your time.
