This game does exactly what it promises- it lets you tell the story of how you died. It's not mercilessly hard, it doesn't have artificial difficulty, you aren't in a wheelchair- but it is relentless. The zombies are there- they aren't going away, you aren't immune, water food and your sanity are not going to last forever and eventually you WILL get spotted on a supply run, take a bite from a downed zed you thought was finished or simply end it all from anxiety and stress of a massive horde testing your barricades for two weeks straight. It's beautiful, realistic, well executed, and pure. I can't love it enough.
