Hi there everybody,
its 1:40am here in NZ and we've managed to get an alright-ish stable version of iCE3 for gta sa
We will upload it now so you ladies & gents can test it out and give feedback on how it runs on your pc. We will release a patch as soon as we find the problem to the lag.
So we have released it with five different installion options:
- Extra High (Extremely Laggy!)
- High (Normal, for most gaming pc's)
- Medium (Downgraded a Little)
- Low (Big downgrade)
- Extreme Low (Massive downgrade, most effects gone, no sun flare, vignette etc.)
We don't know why but when there is about 3+ cars around the game lags, We don't know if its because iCE3 is laggy or our Cpu (amd :L) is dieing, please report to us if you get the same.

Hi Everybody!
We have being receiving many reports of iCEnhancer versions 1.2,1.8 and 1.9 crashing. We am working on it and will not rest till We figure out what is wrong. Thanks for being patient in advance.
Latest Feed:
- We think it has something to do with CLEO. iCEnhancer requires CLEO to be installed so if you havent installed it then do this:
1. Get a fresh copy of GTA SA
2. Search for the latest CLEO which we believe is v4 on google
3. install CLEO.
4. Then install iCEnhancer 1.8 or 1.9

I have just noticed that I have forgotten to add the GTA IV car sounds and taxi.
Will add that to my latest update for iCEnhancer.
also YOU can help make iCEnhancer better for the world by giving me your pc specs and
how much frames you get. It will help me gather information on the minimum requirements
for iCEnhancer SA. For your help I will give you my specs and how much frames I get so you
can compare and see if you can run it like me or better:
Processor: AMD-FX6100 (6 CORE) @3.3GHZ
Graphics Card: SAPPHIRE Ati 6770 1gb DDR5
RAM: 16gb DDR3
I get 35 to 80 fps with iCEnhancer enabled.
If you have nVidia i recommend at least a gtx 260 or a 8800GTX.
If you have Ati I recommend at least a 6770 1gb or if you want smoother gameplay possibly a 6850.
