yes, the game will be free, with option to pay for additional items that will not figure out in ordinary stores, items like clothes that add a bit more defense, you can still play, as the weapons will be all for game money and you will have have the same look at the character.

Nope, no model yet, I've posted an article at Features, there are the weapons and the vehicles that will be seen and used in the game :)

I was thinking of scripts but... just think how you add a staff for a mage or a bow/crossbow for archers

No, the speed will be increased or decreased by the weight of the weapons/armors and the hp will be the same
I will update soon with a "tree" of skills that can be updated during the game and I will also add an animations preview and maybe a model
