Well, I wanted to make a Star Wars mod because I'm a fan and I know this universe, but I know nothing about Warhammer 40k ^^ (I just know how looks like space marines but it's the only thing)

Yes, I gave them this kind of arguments, but they still say no. So I'm waiting to see what will happen with the other star wars mods to know if I will finish mine.
But the the project is not dead, just in carbonite ;)

And pictures are copyrighted by EA, so if I make the same pictures (models, sounds, ...) I'm in illegality.

I think yes but as it's not an actual game, developers will forget the game and so they won't care about mods.
But for now, the game (the old republic) is an alive game.

Well, bad news. I will probably have to delate this mod.
I contacted EA, lucasart, and Disney to know if I was able to take inspiration from their game (the old republic).
And they said : no.

So if anyone know how to get the autorisation please tell me.

PS : the mod won't die if it is delate on mod db, I will work on it, and maybe, one day, if I have the autorisation, or if swtor is "dead" you will be able to download it.

Merci, à vrai dire ce n'est absolument pas sur qu'il puisse sortir un jour. Car d'un point de vu juridique je ne suis pas autorisé à m'inspirer d'un jeu (the old republic) sans posséder les droits d'auteurs. Il est donc probable que je sois dans l'obligation de le supprimer. :/

Well as I said, it's very difficult to create animation for jedi and sith. Because in the original game the force and lightsaber don't exist.
So we will have to create it but I don't know how (I have some idea but that's all).
So I can't really answer your question ^^'
I just can say that force users and lightsaber will be present in my mod, but I don't know when.
Maybe in the first version of the mod, if we found the way to create it. Or maybe in a patch.

Well, when I say I will work on the multiplayer at the end is because actually I'm alone to work on this mod ^^ so I can't work on a solo and multiplayer at the same time.

Well, it's very difficult. In fact actually I only can create bald human. Because if my model has hair, lekku (twi'lek), horn (zabrak), or something like that, we will have problem with helmet.
Because hair, horn, etc will pass through the helmet.
