When I send a builder to build something, he start building but stops in 1%... and stands in front of the building, and can happen to any building. So I destroy the building and build another, however the same problem repeats. I tried with the Republic and the Empire. this happens at 5 min of game, really depends... sounds a bit confusing hehehe
