does annyone nows why the padawan from master vash not joins the party on the end he says i meet you at the landing arm but when i went there he wasn't there is there sommting i need to do before or is it just a bug

the game does not work with Rome Total War Gold Edition
He returns a file not found rs21.cab
and it works as you have total war alexander
