If you have M2TWEOP, you can use console command to make them your allies, otherwise i can not help you.

You can become allies with the Dunedain, if you don't have war with their allies. If you have war with, for example, Bree(they allied to dunedain) you can give them one of your settlements for ceasefire, and then you can trade alliance with dunedain in the same way.

Ничего сложного нет. Извлекаешь папки extra и data в твою корневую папку Divide and Conquer, перезаписываешь все файлы, перед запуском используешь FullCleaner там же в корне Дака, и всё. Скрипты те же самые, просто теперь войну с Высшими Эльфами начинаешь раньше(17 поселений и после 60ого хода) Также союз с Кхазад-Думом(у Кхазад-Дума теперь тоже есть скрипт на союз с Эрегионом) И Высшим Эльфам добавил скрипт, после 60ого хода Эрегион развязывает Войну. Побеждаешь их и получаешь плюшки и 2ух генералов(не Маэрниля и Эктеллиона, но тоже клёвых)

К сожалению, нет. Играть придётся без русификатора
