Well, again sorry for the inconveniance.
My guess is that your laptop also has an intel HD graphics that interferes. I made a quick google and stumbled upon this Crysis realted topic Mycrysis.com.
They suggest that you enable NVIDIA Optimus and specify that NVIDIA gpu is used for Lair of the MadHat.

Sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues getting the game running. The debug file indicates that their should be some directx-11 related issues with the graphics card. Could you please post what graphics card you have?
