Not natively at this stage, but I am looking at a way to fix that. In the mean time you can try 3rd party apps like Pinnacle Game Profiler.

There is an issue with windows scaling in 0.9.3b for the 64-bit variant. It has been fixed for the next update, but in the meantime here is the replacement config file. Just extract it to the /DOSBOX directory, overwriting the old one.
