Exuse me creator I have been trying at this mod for 3 years I manulaly installed this mod and it did not work should I just install into rockstar- GrandTheft Auto IV? or should I get rid of other mods?

Guys It loads but no cars or people cant spawn any also It wont let me spawn the delorian and says BTLC app login what do I do I really want to play
