When I open a loaded game, Jon's sigil is the Bolton's flayed man.. Any ideas?

So I'm just trying to figure out what exactly a line like this would mean.

"You are the parent of 3 children and the real parent of 2 more."

So does this mean one of my 3 children aren't mine? Or that I have 2 bastard children somewhere?
