At the time of this writing, "total conversion" is a bit reaching. However, with a great feel to the game and new classes that are fun to play, as well as including some things that really should've been in there from the get-go, Synergies makes TL2 feel more... complete. I will say that even on a high powered rig, the sheer amount of enemies can really bog things down. That said, give it a try, and you'll find your playtime go way up.
