For some weird reason Jungles of Gravitsappa crashes to the menu after 5 seconds, anyone else have this problem?

I tried the special edition recently, however after starting a hunt, the game crashed to menu after a couple of seconds. Anyone know how to fix this? I don't have these problems with other Carnivores MEE mods.
