This is pretty amazing and you totally get the things that were missing during all those pokemon games. (huge fan of the throw/getting back your pokemon thing and sound)
I imagined a gameplay like this a long time ago and here it is. I still can't believe you made it real.

Keep going, your game will be the best pokemon game since ever -in my opinion-

However a little thing bothers me, when you battle a pokemon i'd rather play as the trainer giving orders to his pokemon than playing the pokemon himself and the trainer could be also hit by attacks and be like stuned and can't giveorders for a while so the pokemon would be on his own for a few seconds, and the stronger the friendship is, the best you can battle other pokemon.

Again, this is a really great idea and you'll have my support.
