Is there a way to unlock all factions?

I noticed that all the other factions we locked, so I expedited my gameplay to reach the objectives asap to unlock other factions but after 49th captured city and defeat the 50th the game crashes instead of showing the winning movie, is this normal or was my game merely bugged?

Hi there just installed this mod and getting a weird bug that doesn't let me maximize the game to fullscreen and locks it in window mode making it unplayable, when I run it without the mod it functions as it should.
