I have an error with displaying text in missions (notifications, goals and timers) all text is displayed as * XXXXXXXXX_XXXXXXX * before installing 3.5 everything was fine.

Help me fix this, THX

( System XeonE5-2680v3 x 2 ,64 ddr 3, 1060 ti , win 10 LTSB 1609 ,in all graph setting i see *XXXXXXXXXXXX* )
(playing * skirmish * absolutely does not interfere, but it is simply impossible to play in the mission)
