В комнате с генератором есть стол, на котором лежит фонарик (фонарик на глок устанавливается). Его нужно установить на оружие, то есть подойти к столу и нажать "E", после откроется меню с апгрейдами на оружие.

1)Make sure that the F key is set to a regular flashlight, not a headlamp.
2)In the room with the generator, you need to activate the switches in the sequence 1-2-3, and then the elevator will work (and the lighting too).
